For children attending Atlantic Friends Gathering, Camp Geddie, Merigomish, NS May 17-20, 2024 without the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Please download and complete a form for each minor child/youth (under 19) who is attending and is not being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Download, print and fill out the above form, have it signed by a parent or legal guardian and the sponsoring adult (19 or older), who must bring the signed form with them to the gathering to give to the registrar.

Note: The Sponsoring Adult must arrive at the Gathering before or with the child, and leave with or after the child, and must bring this signed form.
