Note: If you would like just to attend Meeting for Worship and/or Meeting for Business online on Sunday, you do not need to fill out the registration form. E-mail Katelyn at to request the meeting link.

Registration Deadline
May 1.
A late fee of $10 per person will be charged after this date.

Fees:

Adult: $150 per adult for the weekend (Friday evening to Monday noon) if registered by May 1.
Adult rate for One overnight (with two days of programs and meals): $90. Please specify the days in the comments!
Adult Day rate (no overnights): $40 for Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday. $80 for the weekend. Please specify the day(s) in the comments!
Children/Youth 10–18 years: Half of Adult rates above.
Children 9 and under: No charge

Your presence is truly valued. Please contribute what you are able at this time. Assistance is available if needed.

If you are able, would you consider offering an added amount to help support Friends who may require financial assistance? (Suggested donation: $25)

Note 1: If there are more than 6 people in your family/group you will need to submit a second registration form for the extra folks.

Note 2: Individuals under 19 years of age not attending with a parent or legal guardian must arrive with a parental permission form and be accompanied by a responsible adult. This adult needs to be someone known by the youth, and it is expected that this adult will be responsible for that youth. It is required that the youth would arrive at the same time or after the adult arrives, and would leave at the same time or before the adult leaves.
